APP Hospitalist Needed in Tucson, AZ - Join Our Expert Team

Exciting role for an Experienced Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner in Hospital Medicine. Join a Hospitalist team made up of both Internal and Family Medicine physicians who have a passion for patient care and education. Opportunity to work in both a large academic hospital and a moderate community teaching hospital. The role entails participation in the complete course of hospital management from admission to discharge. There is always on-site support of hospitalist physicians on the team and continued learning is a priority for all. 

Work Schedule:

1. 12-hour shifts, 7 am - 7 pm
2. Earn shift differential during appropriate time

Required Qualifications:

1. One year experience in Hospital Medicine
2. Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner
3. Current Arizona License
4. Current CPR, BLS, and ACLS
5. Current prescribing privileges including a DEA license for controlled substances
