Emergency Medicine - Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant New

The Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant role will be working in the Emergency Medicine specialty, located in Mercy Gilbert Medical Center - EM Gilbert, AZ.

Job Details: Envision is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nocturnist Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our Emergency Department teams at Chandler Medical Center and Mercy Gilbert Medical Center. This full-time nocturnist role is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a collaborative, multidisciplinary team in a high-acuity, fast-paced emergency care environment.Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a busy emergency department setting during overnight shifts Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and emergent conditions for a diverse patient population Collaborate with emergency physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes Perform procedures within scope of practice (suturing, splinting, intubation Work alongside a physician at night 10-hour shiftsQualifications: Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Arizona Minimum of 1 year of emergency medicine or acute care experience as an APP preferred Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills Commitment to compassionate, evidence-based patient care What We Offer: Competitive compensation and shift differentials for night coverage Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), CME allowance, and malpractice coverage Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunities for ongoing professional growth and continuing education 120 hours FT
